Uzbekistan and Malaysia expand horizons of investment and trade cooperation
In order to increase the investment attractiveness of Uzbekistan and promote the country’s products to world markets, a delegation of Malaysian business circles led by the leadership of Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry will visit Uzbekistan from October 31 to November 2, 2018.
In order to increase the investment attractiveness of Uzbekistan and promote the country’s products to world markets, a delegation of Malaysian business circles led by the leadership of Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry will visit Uzbekistan from October 31 to November 2, 2018.
According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia, the delegation includes representatives of 10 companies specializing in food, pharmaceutical, medical, construction, furniture, electrical industries, as well as in automotive industry, metallurgy and logistics. The main purpose of the visit is to explore the possibilities of jointly implementing promising investment projects and organizing the export of products from Uzbekistan to Malaysia.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, during their stay in the country, a roundtable discussion and a B2B meeting in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, a study tour to Angren free economic zone, negotiations with the leadership of the State Investment Committee of Uzbekistan will be held.
