The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan Yoko Kamikawa.

“Congratulated H.E. Yoko Kamikawa on her appointment as the Foreign Minister of Japan and had a productive discussion of our bilateral ties”, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram channel. “Agreed to deploy all the necessary efforts by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Japan to further strengthen Uzbekistan – Japan strategic partnership and bring more tangible outcomes. We also reviewed several upcoming high-level engagements”.
