The Ambassador of Uzbekistan Oybek Shakhavdinov met with representatives of the Hungarian National Directorate General for Disaster Management.

At the meeting, an interest was expressed in establishing cooperation with the Uzbek side in emergency management and combating the consequences of natural disasters.

Agreements were reached to establish close ties with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan, exchange experience in this area, organize mutual visits, and sign a Cooperation Agreement to hold specific events.
