The Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan, Kongratbay Sharipov, held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Uzbekistan, Walid Fouque.

During the conversation, the minister congratulated the Ambassador on the commencement of his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan and wished him success in his important work.

The parties discussed prospects for cooperation in higher and vocational education, as well as scientific research. Particular attention was given to the establishment of an Uzbekistan-French University in Uzbekistan.
