Uzbekistan and Djibouti establish diplomatic relations
Yesterday, a Joint Communiqué on establishing diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Djibouti was signed in New York.
On behalf of the governments of the two countries, the document was signed by the Permanent Representative of Uzbekistan to the UN Ulugbek Lapasov and the Permanent Representative of Djibouti to the UN Mohamed Doualeh.
The parties expressed their readiness to develop further cooperation within the framework of international organizations, including the UN and its specialized agencies.
An agreement was reached to intensify the interaction and find mutually beneficial areas of bilateral cooperation.
A Joint Communiqué on establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Gambia was signed in New York on March 14 this year.
