Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Chairperson of the Committee for Family and Women Zulaykho Mahkamova met with Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of the GX Foundation Leung Chun-ying.

The activities carried out in Uzbekistan to protect the health of the population, in particular women and children, were discussed during the conversation. Issues of cooperation in reproductive health within the framework of the Prosperous Family Program were also discussed.

At the meeting, an agreement was reached on the implementation of joint projects and programs. The parties stressed their readiness to strengthen practical cooperation to protect public health and ensure women’s well-being.
