Uzbekistan Airways receives a new A320neo
Uzbekistan Airways fleet has been replenished with another Airbus A320neo aircraft. The aircraft arrived at Tashkent International Airport from the manufacturing plant in France’s Toulouse.
Today, 29 passenger and cargo aircraft are successfully operated in the airline's fleet, of which 17 are manufactured by Airbus.
The new liner is designed to carry 186 passengers in a single-class layout. According to the Chairman of the airline's board, this will allow meeting the seriously increased demand for flights from Uzbekistan. After receiving all the aircraft by the end of this year, conversion to a two-class layout with business class is planned.
