Uzbekistan Airways expands its Boeing 787 Dreamliner order
Within the framework of the C5+1 Summit, held in Washington, USA, a signing ceremony was held between Uzbekistan Airways and Boeing to convert options into a fixed order for eight Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners.
The document was signed by Shukhrat Khudaykulov, Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Airways, and Paul Righi, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Boeing.
Thus, the total firm order for the national airline of Uzbekistan for modern wide-body Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners amounted to 22 aircraft. The new aircraft will expand the airline’s international route network and strengthen its position in the global market.
