A presentation of the “Uzbekistan-2030” Strategy took place for a delegation of teachers and students of the National Defense College of the Ministry of Defense of the Sultanate of Oman, which arrived in Uzbekistan on a working visit.
The Department Head of the Development Strategy Center, Farrukh Hakimov, noted that the “Uzbekistan-2030” Strategy presents five priority areas for the country’s development for the next seven years and one hundred specific goals.
According to the Development Strategy Center, the presentation provided detailed information about essential goals and objectives, a direction based on the principle of a “Safe and Peaceful State”. It was noted that the Strategy outlines the establishment of cooperation in promising areas, the formation of transport and logistics corridors connecting regions, and allowing Uzbekistan to enter the world market, further expanding the power of the Armed Forces, the defense capability, and military potential of the country.
Following the event, friendly relations between Uzbekistan and Oman were discussed.
