The largest youth summit, One Young World 2025, is taking place in Munich.

Young people from 190 countries are participating in the event.

This year’s key focus is on the circular economy, responsible technologies, education, security, and combating hate.

An important meeting took place between Dilnoza Kattakhonova, First Deputy Director of the Agency for Youth Affairs, and Andrey Pogrebnyak, Deputy Executive Coordinator of the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) program.

At the meeting, held at the UN Volunteers headquarters in Bonn, an agreement was signed to send young people from Uzbekistan to UN offices abroad as part of internship programs in 2026.
