This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea.

On this occasion, a concert of the Daegu Opera House and the State Academic Grand Theater of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi took place on the stage of the Daegu Opera House. Stars of the Uzbek opera, symphonic music performers took part in the concert program.

A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed. A meeting of the delegation from Uzbekistan with the Deputy Mayor of Daegu also took place. The proposal of the Republic of Korea on organizing a visit of Korean artists to Uzbekistan in the summer of this year was accepted.

The tour of the Uzbekistan theater team in the Republic of Korea will continue until March 31.
