A delegation of Uzbek entrepreneurs led by Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Umidjon Safarov took part in the International Food and Drink Event in the United Kingdom.

The exhibition presented dried and frozen fruits and vegetables produced in Uzbekistan by the Uzbek-British JV Bonaf. British importers have highly appreciated the naturalness of national products and high-tech packaging.

Representatives of Golden Dried Fruits discussed issues of dried fruit export with leading British companies. The Nukus Dilisha company from Karakalpakstan held negotiations with several British companies about the export of bean products.

During the exhibition, the UK Department of Trade and Business held a masterclass for all exporters on the process and stages of exporting products to the British market.

The International Food and Drink Event has been held in the UK for 40 years. This year, it attracted over 27 thousand companies and more than 1,500 participants.
