Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov met with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Ankhbayar Nyamdorj.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties discussed current issues of further developing traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and Mongolia.

Vast opportunities for enhancing trade and economic collaboration were noted. Particular attention was paid to intensifying political and interparliamentary dialogue, improving the legal framework, and promoting promising projects and programs of cooperation, primarily in the agricultural sector.

Mutual interest was expressed in deepening bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation.
