Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Muzaffar Madrakhimov met with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Lubomir Frebort.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties discussed current issues on the Uzbekistan – Czech agenda and the progress of preparations for holding bilateral events shortly.

Opportunities for active promotion of economic diplomacy were considered, emphasizing the implementation of previously reached agreements on joint projects in several areas, from mechanical engineering to alternative energy.

Views were exchanged on the prospects for cooperation in labor migration and increasing cultural, humanitarian, and tourist exchanges.
