A two-week project “Silk Road Dance Camp 2020” has kicked off in Washington on the eve of the 29th Anniversary of Uzbekistan’s Independence.
A two-week project “Silk Road Dance Camp 2020” has kicked off in Washington on the eve of the 29th Anniversary of Uzbekistan’s Independence.
The program includes virtual trips to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Washington and Tamara Khanum Memorial Museum, acquaintance with the history of development of the art of Uzbek dance, cooking pilaf, classes in Khorezm and Bukhara dances, presentation of historical and cultural features of Uzbekistan and other events.
The event is organized by a well-known scientist, head of Silk Road Dance Camp 2020 company Laurel Gray.
People's Artist Kodir Muminov will demonstrate Uzbek dance for participants.
