According to the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, from August 25 to September 3 this year, Hungary will celebrate the 200th anniversary of the outstanding Hungarian poet Sándor Petőfi’s birth.

As part of cultural events, an exhibition of paintings will be held on “Studying the history and culture of Hungary”.

At the invitation of the Lakitelek Folk High School and the International Organization of Turkic Culture – TURKSOY, a member of the Union of Artists of Uzbekistan, painter Bakhtiyor Mahkamov will take part in these events and the exhibition.
