Abu Dhabi hosts the Congress of the General Assembly of the International Council on Archives.

More than two thousand archival sector workers from different countries are attending it, including members of the delegation led by the Director of the Uzarchive Agency Ulugbek Yusupov.

Uzarchive has been a full member of the International Council of Archives since 2009. The main task of the International Council of Archives is to preserve, protect, and expand the world’s archival heritage and to promote the realization of the rights of people to study and know history.

A presentation “Transfer of archival services in Uzbekistan to online service mode”, was held at the event.
