U.S. Department of State Special Advisor on International Disability Rights Sara Minkara visited Bukhara.

Hokim of the region Botir Zaripov received the delegation.

Sara Minkara thanked for the warm welcome and highly appreciated the work of the Uzbek side in promoting advanced initiatives to support people with disabilities and citizens in need of social protection and introducing inclusive education. The guest said that she was ready for close cooperation in this area.

Members of the delegation went on a trip to ancient Bukhara. The historical monuments in the city made a great impression on them.
