The unique architectural monument of the city of Karmana in Navoi region, the Qosim Sheikh complex, built five centuries ago, is located on the territory of the Khoja Khosrov mahalla.

The name of the building is associated with the name of a real historical figure who was the local leader of the Yassawi - the scientific and religious direction of Sufism, a student of Sheikh Khudododi Vali, a religious and political figure famous in Central Asia Qosim Shaikh Azizon Karminagi. 

The mausoleum of Qosim Sheikh is a memorial museum with two thousand artifacts, a hall for religious events, a place for prayer gatherings and an orchard.

The front part of the mosque is built in a perfect architectural style and consists of an arch inscribed with Arabic text. The interior walls are decorated with gypsum carved patterns in white color.
