A delegation of the Kherson State University (KSU) of Ukraine led by the Rector Alexander Spivakovsky visited Uzbekistan to establish inter-university cooperation.

The delegation took part in the second International Olympiad “Samarkand – 2020”, organized at the initiative of Samarkand State Medical Institute (SSMI).

During the talks, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between KSU and the SSMI. Next year, a visit of the SSMI delegation is planned to Ukraine to build joint work.

In Samarkand, the KSU delegation also signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Samarkand State University. The document outlines the prospects for educational and scientific cooperation in pedagogy, psychology, history and sociology.
