Two solar photoelectric power plants with a capacity of 100 MW each were put into operation in Navoi and Samarkand regions.

These power plants generated 434 million kWh of electricity in 2022. As a result, 127 million cubic meters of natural gas were saved. Emissions of 173 thousand tons of harmful gases into the atmosphere have been prevented.

This amount of electricity can cover the annual consumption of about 145,000 households.
