At the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, Uzbekistan’s boxer Tursunoy Rakhimova went down in history as Uzbekistan’s first female boxer to win the Olympics.

She defeated her opponent from Poland (4:1) in the first round and advanced to the semifinals.
