Speaking at an official reception held in Ankara on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with friendly and fraternal countries, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu noted that promoting stability and development of the states of the South Caucasus and Central Asia is a priority in Türkiye’s foreign policy.

Speaking about the development of cooperation between the two countries, the Minister noted that Türkiye and Uzbekistan agreed to raise the relationship to the status of a large-scale strategic partnership in 2022.
