A delegation of doctors led by the Vice President of the Turkish University of Health Sciences, Professor Murat Elevli, visited the regional children’s multidisciplinary center during a business trip to Bukhara.

The guests became familiar with the activities of their colleagues. In particular, they were interested in modern methods of early and effective diagnosis of diseases in pediatrics, their treatment, and the scale of achievements. The parties exchanged views on improving the quality of oncological care and introducing the practice of bone marrow transplantation in children.

“Mutually beneficial interests of the parties were discussed at the meeting”, says the Head of the Regional Children’s Multidisciplinary Center, Candidate of Medical Sciences Qahramon Karimov. “After studying current issues related to the development of the sphere and the implementation of new opportunities, an agreement on the development of scientific-practical cooperation between the two medical institutions was signed following the discussion. In this regard, the work directions within the framework of joint activities have been identified”.

The guests highly appreciated the facilities created at the center for medical workers and patients, scientific and professional potential of doctors. They expressed great confidence that this agreement will be successful.
