Director of the Center for Islamic Civilization Firdavs Abdukhalikov met with Deputy Foreign Minister Ilham Khaydarov. Projects related to the Center's activities were discussed.

The parties exchanged views on the visit of a delegation led by the Head of the Center to Malaysia at the beginning of this year and the activities carried out within its framework. In particular, cooperation issues with the International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilization and strengthening scientific and cultural ties were discussed.

The book album “The Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan – in the Collections of the World”, the 58th volume of which tells about Malaysia, was discussed at the meeting. This book is expected to arouse great interest in the international scientific community.
