Activity has begun on the creation of a Tourist Street in the section from the intersection of Islam Karimov and Amir Temur streets to Alisher Navoi Park to further develop tourism.

The private enterprise Muqayyas Group was chosen as the main designer. The total cost of the project is 13 billion 675 million UZS. Two areas for selfies will be organized, a pedestrian and a bicycle path, benches and night lighting systems will be installed. Facilities will be organized to create a comfortable rest for visitors, a sanitary and hygienic place, an information and tourist center, a colorful musical fountain, seven modern outlets selling soft drinks with unique architectural solutions.

Tourist Street will give a unique look to the city.
