Bostanlyk district is distinguished by its beautiful nature and cozy corners and attracts many tourists.

Systemic work is being carried out in the district to develop and use the tourist potential of the territory, attract local and foreign tourists, create comfortable conditions for them, and develop modern infrastructure. Recreation areas and hotels are being built in the foothills and mountainous areas, and transport services are being expanded.

Unused objects and land plots are sold through the single electronic trading platform “E-AUKSION” to ensure the implementation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on measures to improve the efficiency of land use in Bostanlyk district and the development of engineering and communication infrastructure. In April this year, based on a long-term lease, land plots were put up for auction in the tourist and recreational zone “Charvak” with the condition of creating a hotel, recreation areas, and places for picnics. Entrepreneurs purchased three lots.

At the next auction, land plots in “Novobod” mahalla were put up for sale. JV OSTEX JIZZAKH LLC won among several contenders, which presented the most optimal proposals. The enterprise undertook to build a modern hotel for 100 people on 4.8 hectares, investing $1.2 million in the construction and creating 30 jobs.

According to experts, the central part of the funds received from the auction sale of the right to lease land plots will be used to improve the infrastructure of the “Charvak” TRZ, mainly to repair electricity, gas, water pipelines, sewer networks, roads, and bridges.
