Tourism Month in Uzbekistan has kicked off on December 15, which provides discounts, promotions for travelers at tourism infrastructure objects, such as accommodation facilities, catering and tourist vehicles.

According to the State Committee for Tourism Development, in the city of Samarkand it is also planned to provide discounts of up to 50 percent at tangible cultural heritage objects, museums and theaters, including additional services.

Tourism Month will last until January 15 next year.
