Uzbekistan’s Ekaterina Voronina reached success in the heptathlon.

This morning, she scored 6.11 meters and gathered 883 points in the long jump, while in shot throwing – 49.88 meters and received 858 points. As a result, E. Voronina scored 5329 points and reached 12th place.

Nadine Broersen from the Netherlands, Katarina Johnson-Thompson from the UK and Marthe Koala from Burkina Faso could not complete their performances and stopped fighting for medals.

800-meter run final stage championships will be held in the afternoon.
