The Fujairah Open 2025 International Taekwondo Championship of the G2 category is currently taking place at the Sheikh Zayed Sport City in the UAE.

On the first day of the championship, eight athletes from the Uzbekistan national team showcased their skills. Competing in the under 80 kg weight category, Jasurbek Jaysunov defeated all his opponents and secured a gold medal. Najmiddin Kosimkhojiyev won silver, while Yodgorbek Juraboyev claimed bronze. 

Today, the following athletes will represent Uzbekistan: Madina Shoniyozova and Zukhra Tozhimatova (46 kg), Dilnoza Tangirova (49 kg), Shabbona Abduvaliyeva (57 kg), Ozoda Sobirjonova (67 kg), Polina Khan (73 kg), and Svetlana Osipova (+73 kg).
