A special industrial hub for mechanical and electrical engineering has been created in Uzbekistan’s Andijan district.

Its area is 105 hectares. Three large projects are planned to be implemented. At the initial stage, 1,600 new jobs will be created through the implementation of projects with a total investment of $83.1 million.

LLC Auto Spring Companies is working on a project to produce cast iron car parts. The project cost is $54 million. The LLC Feran Stal is launching a project for organizing metalworking, the cost of this project is 272 billion UZS, and the LLC Shodlik Baraka Hamkor Lux is implementing a project for the production of components for cars, the cost of which is 40 billion UZS.

All projects will be launched next year.
