Tashkent House of Photography hosts an exhibition of works, dedicated to the Second World War. It is organized by Uzbekistan Arts Academy jointly with Uzarchive Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other organizations.
Chairman of Uzbekistan Arts Academy A.Nuriddinov and others noted that Uzbekistan people fully support President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s practical efforts aimed at providing Second World War participants and labor front veterans with respect and honor, comprehensive material and moral support.
Numerous valuable archival documents, newspapers, books and photographs are demonstrated at the exhibition.
Visitors can become acquainted with documentary films about Second World War, audio recordings of government and public figures, music and songs of 1941-1945, objects and products related to that difficult time. It is noteworthy that the exhibition encourages visitors to cherish and appreciate our peaceful and tranquil life, to care and protect our family and friends.
