The group for implementing the “Modernization of the National Innovation System of Uzbekistan” (MUNIS) project under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan plans to announce a competition for the Research Commercialization Program (RCP).
The program finances projects for the commercialization of research and development results aimed at creating existing and small-scale prototypes in business and consulting support for projects with commercial potential.
To prepare for the launch of the program and support potential candidates, on December 5, 7, 12, and 14 this year at the INNO Technopark in Tashkent, a workshop is planned to be held online and offline to provide detailed information about the conditions, requirements, areas of selection, the application process applications and examinations.
The main speakers will be international expert consultants from the World Bank in technology commercialization, innovation, venture financing, technology transfer, innovation ecosystem development, intellectual property management, innovation marketing, patent research, and technology transfer.
At the Q&A sessions, which will be held in the final part of the conference, participants will get answers to all their questions.
Among the more than 500 listeners are representatives of higher education institutions, scientific organizations, the private sector, academic researchers, and young startupers.
