The working group of the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan, led by Deputy Director Elmurod Najimov, held talks in Indonesia to prepare for the Fourth World Conference on Creative Economy.

A meeting was held with the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia Sandiaga Uno, senior officials of the ministry, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, where the preparation process for the Fourth World Conference on Creative Economy, which will be held in Uzbekistan in 2024, was discussed. The upcoming visit of the Indonesian delegation to Uzbekistan, within the framework of which it is planned to sign a Memorandum of Understanding, was considered.

During the talks, the tourism potential of the two countries and measures for its development were touched upon.

According to the ACDF, the delegation participated in the Friends of Creative Economy (FCE) international discussion forum on “Formation and provision of strong strategic support for the creative economy”. The event was attended by key industry experts from more than 35 countries.
