The Pitch Day competition was held in California, United States. Following the competition, the Tecnas team from Uzbekistan won the competition in the Social Impact Award category. This award is the best project that has contributed to solving social problems.

It should be noted that the most extensive STEM program in Uzbekistan is the Technovation Girls Uzbekistan program, supported by Yandex Go.

This is one of the major programs in Uzbekistan aimed at realizing the potential of women. The Tecnas team, consisting of participants in the Technovation Girls Uzbekistan program, has received significant recognition on an international scale.

Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbayeva noted that this great victory of our girls showed their potential, desire, and fearlessness.

– It is noteworthy that our girls were awarded for the best project to solve current social problems, – says Mrs. Narbayeva. – It showed that our youth have a strong sense of involvement in social issues.
