The Ambassador of Uzbekistan Ravshan Usmanov held talks with the leadership and scientists of the University of Oxford, an ancient and leading educational and research institution in the world.

During the talks, issues of establishing academic cooperation between the University of Oxford and universities and research institutes of Uzbekistan and establishing interaction in the education and training of specialized specialists, including within the framework of specialized programs based on the college, were discussed.

President of Wolfson College, Tim Hitchens, emphasized that large-scale reforms in Uzbekistan contribute to enhancing and strengthening interaction in education, science, and personnel training.

At a meeting with the Director of the Birso`z Center at the University of Oxford, Leyla Najafzada, an agreement was reached to launch a project to teach the Uzbek language at the education institution.
