Ambassador of Uzbekistan Said Rustamov met with the Chief Executive Officer of the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) Vicki Stott.

The British side was informed about large-scale reforms in Uzbekistan and priority areas for modernizing the system of higher and school education with the involvement of advanced educational standards.

The parties exchanged views on mutually acceptable formats of cooperation, including the prospects for attracting QAA assistance to improve the quality control system of higher education. An agreement was reached on holding QAA talks with relevant agencies and universities of Uzbekistan.
