Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Company is establishing mutually beneficial cooperation ties with many developed countries.

On August 22, 2023, a delegation led by the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State to the Scotland Office and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Exports Malcolm Offord, consisting of the British Ambassador to Uzbekistan Timothy Smart, responsible persons for trade and investment and representatives of several leading companies, arrived at AMMC.

The guests became familiar with the activities of Qalmoqqir and Yoshlik-1 mine, the copper processing plant, and the construction process of the 3rd copper processing plant. The prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed at the meeting between AMMC leadership and the UK delegation.

According to AMMC, representatives of Weir Minerals and United Concrete Canvas companies held presentations of their activities.
