Termez hosted a multilateral international meeting on the development of the multimodal transport corridor “Belarus – Russia – Kazakhstan – Uzbekistan – Afghanistan – Pakistan” with the participation of heads of transport departments and representatives of forwarding companies and businesses.

The event was attended by the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Mahkamov, the First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of Belarus Valeri Verenich, the Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Dmitry Zverev, the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation of Afghanistan Hamidullah Akhundzada – offline, the Deputy Minister of Railways of Pakistan Ali Shah Syed Mazhar and the Deputy Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan Maksat Kaliakparov – online.
