As it was noted at the meeting chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the system of using the funds of the “Youth Notebook” will be changed.
Although this fund should promote professional training of youth, attract them to entrepreneurship, and employ young people, hokims direct only 10 percent to employment, using 5 out of 25 grants provided through the “Youth Notebook”.
Therefore:
– young people will be given the opportunity to simultaneously use related services, such as vocational training, receiving subsidies for the purchase of equipment, purchase of seeds and seedlings;
– 2.5 million UZS will be allocated directly for the purchase of seeds from seed farms;
– special attention will be paid to training youth in modern professions, such as animators, designers, logistics operators, and guides. This system is also planned to cover 10-11 graders;
– from now on, at least 40 percent of the funds from the “Youth Notebook” will be directed to vocational training;
This year, 100 billion UZS will be allocated for training in modern professions, and at least 25 thousand young people will be trained. Further funding will be provided as needed.
