This was stated at the Samarkand Summit of the Organization of Turkic States. It was also noted that next year the International Organization of Turkic Culture – TURKSOY – will celebrate its 30th anniversary.

Since today, Uzbekistan has assumed the interim chairmanship after Türkiye and will lead this organization for a year. Its Interim Chairman is the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
