Uzbekistan Open Championship in Uzbek jang sanati (Uzbek martial art) among boys and girls aged from 7 to 12 years took place in Namangan.

At the event, more than 200 young athletes from Andijan, Navoi, Khorezm, Ferghana, Surkhandarya, Tashkent, Sirdarya, Kashkadarya, Namangan regions and Tashkent city have demonstrated their skills in the singles competition and in performing complex exercises.

The representatives of Namangan region winning the highest number of medals took the first place in the team events, sportsmen from Tashkent region occupied the second place and the third was taken by the representatives of Andijan region.
