The stage of selection of proposals from investors wishing to take part in the tender for the implementation of the project for the construction of wind power with a capacity of 200 MW in Beruni district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan has begun, the Ministry of Energy reports.

At this stage of the tender, the following companies that have passed the first qualifying stage are offering their technical and tariff proposals: Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC – Masdar (UAE), ACWA Power Company (Saudi Arabia), Concord New Energy Group Limited (Hong Kong), China Datang Overseas Investment (China) and Goldwind International Holdings Limited (Hong Kong), EDF Renouvelables S.A. (France), Eksim Enerji Anonim Şirketi (JSC Eksim Enerji) (Türkiye), ReNew Vyan Shakti Private Limited (India), Universal Energy (China) and Voltalia SA (France).

Bidders will have to submit their proposals by 18:00 (Tashkent time) July 29, 2023. The deadline may be extended for all participants.
