Tula, Russia, hosts the second conference of museum workers of Uzbekistan and Russia. Employees of the Cultural Heritage Agency are also attending the event.

As part of the conference, the opening ceremony of the exhibition “Indestructible Fortress of Friendship. Fortification Heritage of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan” took place.

The exhibition project aims to present the similarities and differences in the cultures of both countries through architectural heritage. The exposition includes iconic objects: fortresses, castles, prisons, and fortifications of other types.

The conference aims to establish close relations between museums and share their specialists’ experience.
