He also informed about the work carried out in Uzbekistan during the SCO presidency:

“The goal of the organization is the development by achieving security. Uzbekistan has been supporting this concept for 20 years. This idea was confirmed by more than 80 events held during Uzbekistan’s presidency. The chairmanship has made it possible to strengthen the role of Uzbekistan in the region and the world. The Samarkand Summit is recognized as a political event of historical significance. The problems unresolved between the member countries of the organization can be solved only through cooperation. I am convinced that they will be solved in the form of projects, and they will certainly yield results within a few years.

Another aspect: during the presidency, Samarkand tourism brand became known all over the world, and this is a process that will continue. The concepts of “Ancient Samarkand” and “New Samarkand” will certainly be of interest to foreign tourists.

It is difficult to immediately perceive the above aspects, since the results of the forum will not be determined only by figures and volume indicators. Everything will be formed over time based on a bilateral and multilateral strategic partnership.
