Tashkent hosted a conference on cooperation of tourism entities in improving the efficiency of ensuring the safety of foreign and local tourists.

At the conference, based on paragraphs 35-38 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Tourism”, issues of ensuring the safety of tourists, the activities of specialized rescue and emergency services, and insurance in tourism were discussed.

Following the conference, it is planned to publish a collection of reports by representatives of involved organizations on issues included in the agenda, proposals, and their decisions for distribution among the tourism entities. This has been reported by the Hokimiyat of the city of Tashkent.
