From November 23, 2022, to June 4, 2023, the Arab World Institute in Paris will host the exhibition “The Road to Samarkand. Wonders of Silk and Gold”.

The exhibition will present the works of Uzbekistan artisans. Visitors can get acquainted with national textiles, costumes, jewelry of the XIX – mid-XX centuries, chapans with gold embroidery of the era of the Bukhara Emirate, as well as paintings of the Turkestan avant-garde from the collection of the state museums of Uzbekistan.
