Tashkent hosted the International Management Forum.
The event, held in Tashkent for the second time, was attended by more than a hundred employees and leaders of domestic and foreign companies, as well as representatives of the business community of Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia. The agenda of the forum included issues of personnel management, corporate culture and leadership development.
The participants discussed aspects related to employee satisfaction with the results of their work. At a discussion organized on “Happy companies: what is the uniqueness of the activity?” well-known scientists, practicing experts delivered lectures and shared their experience.
At the event, the winners of the international competition, held with the participation of representatives of the development, banking, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries, were awarded. Individuals with the highest “Happiness at Work Index” presented their experiences and practices to the attention of the delegates.
14 different master classes were organized by professional business coaches and practitioners for forum participants.
“Recognition, growth and achievements of an organization or company largely depend on the leader”, said the Chairman of the jury of the international competition “Happiness at work!” Temur Yodgorov. – This organization will grow and develop only when the leader loves his job, is satisfied with it and can be an example in this regard for his colleagues.
