Prime Minister of Malaysia Anwar Ibrahim, who arrived in Uzbekistan on an official visit, accompanied by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov, visited the New Uzbekistan Park, where he laid flowers at the Independence Monument, got acquainted with the history of the independent development of the country and the creation of this unique complex.

High-level events during the visit will take place this afternoon at the Kuksaroy Residence.

The distinguished guest will also visit the cities of Samarkand and Bukhara, where he will get acquainted with the rich cultural, historical, and spiritual heritage of the Uzbekistan people and participate in a joint business forum.
