Cultural Legacy Week is being held in Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of the event, foreign guests visited ancient fortresses in Karakalpakstan.

These objects, the history of which goes far, indicate that statehood existed in Uzbekistan since ancient times, animal husbandry, agriculture and handicrafts developed.

The Great Guldursun fortress was built in the IV-III centuries BC, located 20 kilometers east of Beruni. There are legends about it.

Tuproqqala is the ruins of an ancient settlement. The fortress, which hides many mysteries, according to experts, was the residence of Khorezm shahs. The fortresses are on the verge of destruction, but they are still witnesses to the fact that there was an ancient civilization in the country.
